I learned today that I am a terrible cook. Experimenting with ingredients and technique will only get me so far.

It’s a good thing I’m only cooking for myself these days. Or else I would be wicked embarassed. Sigh.

I managed to make the worst tomato sauce ever. Must find a cooking class, or a nice fun cookbook. Joy of Cooking isn’t cutting it for me these days, too many steps, too many portions, not enuff fresh veggies.
